CEIA provides all its Ground Search Metal Detector customers with the highest level of after-sales service and immediate support for any operational problem.
CEIA can also intervene in risk areas with highly-qualified agents.
The percentage of malfunctions is extraordinarily low, but in the unlikely event of one occurring CEIA has spare parts immediately available for dispatch and an extremely short internal repair time, usually in the order of one working day.
CEIA also offers a maintenance Tool Kit with tools and instructions for carrying out repairs in the field.
