PD240CBM

Handgehaltener Metalldetektor für die Detektion von IEDs im urbanen Bereich und zur Personenkontrolle.

PD240CBM - detail

Clear dual-tone pinpointing
Fully digital design
Data access plug for future software upgrades

The CEIA PD240CBM is the result of the intense research and development program required to achieve a solution to the problem of detecting minimum metal IED targets within an Urban metal contaminated environment for post-conflict clearance purpose.

This simple to operate detector reliably detects the smallest targets, such as Crush Switches and Carbon Rods with a clear dual-tone center cross over alarm, that easily identifies the center of the targets. Due to its specially designed Detection head this detector can identify and pin point minimum targets within very close proximity to large metal masses such as Metal doors, Frames or other large metal masses.

The detector has a start-up time of less than 2 seconds without a need for compensation as it has Preprogrammed Compensation Optimization for Urban Environments: this addresses common building materials, such as concrete, cinderblock and ceramic floor tiles.

Thanks to a Specific Sensitivity Setting, the CEIA PD240CBM allows the detection of weapons made of any metal for people screening.
