Scope of the Quality Management System

The Quality Management System of CEIA USA is structured in such a way as to guarantee that all company processes are carried out in a controlled manner, according to the policies and strategies of Top Management, and in conformance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, "Quality management systems - Requirements".

The Quality Management System is documented, put into practice, and kept up-to-date by Top Management and by all staff according to their respective areas of competence so as to continually improve its effectiveness and usefulness.

To meet this commitment, Top Management promotes and communicates this policy so that it is understood and applied by everyone in the organization.
